National Financial Advisor Week Launches Website for All-Expenses Paid Four-Year College Education Sweepstakes

NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--

Nick Stuller, CEO of Advice IQ, a founding sponsor of National Financial Advisor Week (NFAW), announced today the launch of its college tuition sweepstakes in which the winner will receive full tuition, room and board, and books for four years at the college of his or her choice for fall of 2016.

With over $1 trillion in outstanding student loans and the average student graduating with $29,400 in debt it is becoming increasingly difficult for recent graduates to begin a life of financial health and stability.1 According to The College Board the average cost per year for four-year in-state on-campus education is $22,826, out-of-state is $36,136, and private is $44,750.2 With staggering student loans and increasingly higher tuitions many high school students are choosing to enter the work force instead of attending college. As a result, lower wages and student loan commitments forces many to delay saving for home purchases, retirement, and emergency funds.

"AdviceIQ and the sponsors of National Financial Advisor Week fully believe in the importance of a college degree. However, we recognize the financial burden a four-year education can impose upon students and their families. By offerin to pay for a student's full tuition, room and board, and books we hope to provide the opportunity for a student to obtain their education goals at the school of their choosing," said Nick Stuller, CEO of AdviceIQ. "Our goal is to provide the foundation for long-term financial health."

As of today, students across the country can register to win at http://www.nfaw.com and will be able to enter codes on the website to increase their odds until Tuesday, September 16 at 5:00pm EST. To qualify, students must be entering a four-year college in fall of 2016.

Since September is College Savings Month, the winner will be announced at the first annual National Financial Advisor Week by AdviceIQ and fellow sponsors on Thursday, September 18 at the Times Square Plaza, New York City at 4:00pm.
