The Kofax solution will be used to digitize, organize and more efficiently manage over 20 million legal and related documents generated annually by the DoJ's 1,500 courts, magistrates and constabulary entities. The DoJ will significantly cut operating costs and improve customer service by automating manual processes across the entire country. Real-time monitoring and performance analytics allow the customer to continually improve efficiency, ensuring the entire system operates at optimal levels. The sale closed in the first quarter of Kofax's fiscal year 2015 and totaled approximately $500,000 in software license and $200,000 in maintenance and professional services revenue.
