Munder Capital Management Announces Institutional Sales Team Appointments

Munder Capital Management, a leading money management firm serving institutional investors, today announced that after its successful integration of Integrity Asset Management in 2011, it has hired three experienced professionals to further bolster its institutional sales and client service capabilities.

The institutional sales and client service teams will be overseen by William H. McNett, a principal and a founding partner of Integrity Asset Management. Mr. McNett, who is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Philadelphia Society of Security Analysts, has nearly three decades of investment management experience.

Munder also has named Denise Pearman and Greg Jones as Directors, Institutional Investment Services, reporting to Mr. McNett; Ms. Pearman will represent both Munder and Integrity's equity investment capabilities for the Midwest region and Mr. Jones will represent them in the Eastern region. Ms. Pearman has more than 16 years of industry experience, most recently as Director for Henderson Global Investors. Mr. Jones most recently was an Associate Director, Principal at Turner Investment Partners. Hilary Mechler, a 14-year Munder veteran and existing Director, Institutional Investment Services, will represent Munder's fixed income capabilities. Ms. Mechler has over 20 years of industry experience.

Also joining Munder Capital is Sunita Advaneyto manage Munder Capital's relationships in the Defined Contribution-Investment Only (DCIO) and sub-advisory marketplaces. Ms. Advaney has more than a decade of experience in the investment management industry, most recently as vice president and director of sub-advisory business development at Wells Capital Management.
