The new agreement expands Novus’ role within Microsoft Technology Center Alliance Program supporting Skype for Business Voice and Office 365 Cloud PBX education and training programs to two locations - MTC New York City and MTC Boston.

Based in Burlington, MA, MTC Boston is one of more than 40 facilities Microsoft maintains around the world. Novus will provide support for these demo areas and assist with technical sales demonstrations when needed.

As required, Novus can also supply both Microsoft Technology Centers with a variety of best-in-class endpoints for offices, call centers and conference room from Novus partners including AudioCodes’s new Huddle Room and Jabra UC headsets.

“Novus is deeply committed to educating businesses and reseller partners on the clear technical and economic advantages of adopting Skype for Business Voice as a single platform for telephony, web, and video collaboration and communications,” said Chris Meehan, Novus Managing Partner. “This new partnership with the MTC in Burlington gives Novus the opportunity to share its deep technical knowledge and provide businesses with guidance and resources to speed their transition to Microsoft UC.” Novus is a Microsoft Partner with Gold Communications Competency status, which highlights the depth and breadth of its knowledge and expertise supporting Microsoft partners and businesses as they deploy Skype for Business Voice solutions.

“As a one-stop-shop for Microsoft UC, Novus is proud of our Microsoft partnerships, first in New York and now in Boston – serving as a recognition our experience and record of successfully implementing complex Skype for Business Voice and Office 365 voice and video deployments for businesses,” added Meehan. “We are looking forward to working with the MTC team in Burlington and we can’t wait to get started!” Novus is a certified Microsoft Gold Communications Partner for Skype for Business.
