MEGA Exec to Speak on Successful Enterprise Architecture [Professional Services Close - Up]

In a release on Jan. 31, the company said Winnik will talk about how companies can leverage enterprise architecture (EA) programs for better-informed decision-making. He will review the top business challenges for IT, and discuss how CIOs are meeting budget constraints, managing complexity, and reducing risks.
Winnik is a director at MEGA and an expert in EA and process optimization. The event is hosted by PA Consulting Group, a management and IT consulting and technology firm. It is open to only 12 individuals and will provide information on the latest successes in EA from Winnik and other speakers, and a roundtable discussion about key business issues.
Attendees will learn about an approach to EA that delivers early results and significant value. Winnik and the MEGA team work with many companies that are leaders in their own respective industries and have implemented EA programs that have helped reduce costs, improve efficiency, and achieve business results.
For example, MEGA customer Procter & Gamble won the 2011 Enterprise Architecture Award from Forrester and InfoWorld. Also, another MEGA customer, The Co-operative Banking Group won two awards for their business and process improvement program: the British Quality Foundation Achievement Award the North of England Excellence Special Award.
