Media Alert: Adobe Releases Diversity Pay Data for U.S. Workforce

Adobe (News - Alert) (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced it recently completed a statistical review of its U.S. pay data as part of its ongoing commitment to ensuring fair pay. The data showed that women earn 99 cents for every $1.00 earned by male employees across the U.S., taking into consideration job and geography. Using that same methodology, Adobe also confirmed there is no wage gap between white and non-white employees in the U.S.

Adobe will continue to look closely at its pay data, consistent with industry best practices, both in the U.S. and globally. It will update its pay data annually as part of the Adobe corporate responsibility report.

Adobe Quote

  • "Adobe believes in equal treatment and the opportunity for every employee to have a meaningful career. Gender and ethnicity should have no part in driving pay decisions, and these results reflect our commitment," said Donna Morris, executive vice president, Customer & Employee Experience, Adobe.
