MCS Fire and Security Upgrades Texas Christian University's Mass Notification System


Nov 07, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas has contracted with MCS Fire and Security for the upgrade of its existing Fire Alarm System and to make it the cornerstone of the Mass Notification and Emergency Communication System.



"The addition of this state of the art emergency mass notification system to our campus will significantly enhance TCU's ability to transmit lifesaving information to our students, faculty, staff and visitors in the event of an emergency situation on campus," said Jonathan Roark, Director of Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity at TCU, in a release.

Ray Gilley, MCS Fire and Security President/COO said, "We're excited to partner with TCU for this very important life safety project, and look forward to completing this one-of-a-kind mass notification system." MCS Fire and Security provides security solutions.
