(Photo: Business Wire) Pelliccio brings to the firm nearly two decades of experience handling general commercial litigation, including complex litigation, consumer financial services litigation, products liability defense and aviation litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Pelliccio was Vice President and Senior Trial Counsel for a major title insurance company. He received his J.D. from theUniversity of Notre Dame Law School in 1995, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, magna cum laude. "Richard's broad litigation experience will be a great asset as we continue to expand our commercial litigation practice in New York state," said Anthony Rollo, head of McGlinchey Stafford's national commercial litigation practice. The addition of Pelliccio continues McGlinchey Stafford's growth in New York state. In addition to its Albany office, the firm announced the opening of its New York City office in September 2014. The firm now has ten lawyers in its two New York offices, with five lawyers practicing in New York City and five in Albany.
