Marketers give consultants a run for their money

IPG announced that it had approved plans to relaunch MRM in Australia in February 2012, four years after the global agency network exited the local market. MRM worldwide CEO, Bill Kolb, said the marketing communication sector had begun to benefit from an increasing need for customer data management tools. Kolb said the ability to integrate technology with marketing allowed the group to receive funding that would previously have gone to companies such as IBM or McKinsey.
