Marker Test Diagnostics to Discuss Groundbreaking Drug Testing Marker During AACC Annual Conference

WASHINGTON --(Business Wire)--

Marker Test Diagnostics, an international supplier to the drug testing industry, announced today that representatives from the company will attend the 2014 American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Annual Meeting July 27 - 31 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. The company will attend the conference to promote the development and U.S. expansion for UR Code™, an oral marker developed by Marker Test that "bar-codes" a subject's urine and eliminates the need to supervise urine collection.

In the form of a soft gel capsule, UR Code provides an accurate, secure and cost-effective answer to common drug testing challenges by:

  • Inhibiting manipulations
  • Eliminating false negative results
  • Ensuring sample integrity
  • Protecting he privacy of the test subject

Already well-known and trusted in Germany, UR Code is poised for an explosive entry into the U.S. market. Marker Test Diagnostics' CEO Kim Christensen and President Caroline Bussenius will be available to discuss the history and future plans for the revolutionary marker.

Immediately following the conference on August 1, Marker Test will distribute a Request for Proposals (RFP) to laboratories that responded to an earlier RFI (News - Alert) to compete for consideration for "exclusivity" to market and sell the UR Code product in the United States.
