Mariana Resources Ltd raises One Million Pounds in private placement

MARIANA RAISES ONE MILLION POUNDS IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT MARIANA RESOURCES LIMITED (AIM and PLUS: MARL) has issued 10,405,730 fully paid shares at 10p per share to private and institutional investors in the UK and Australia in a non-brokered private placement to net approximately One Million Pounds Sterling. The funds raised are to be used to progress the Company's exploration programmes in South America and for general working capital. Directors participated in the placement by subscribing to 3,000,000 shares, increasing their collective interests to 16.6%.
