(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Contract awarded for facilities management services for computer systems maintenance This contract (2011/0410 - Network equipment maintenance) is a multi-year service contract and orders of the category 07 of Schedule 2 to the Act on 24.12.1993 and maintenance services of network equipment. This maintenance for the maintenance of network equipment, primarily the park routers and switches. A Schedule 1 (inventory) retains all the types of equipment where bidders must submit pricing. As a guide, a Schedule 3 contains the location and size of equipment to maintain. Maintenance covered by this contract may be of two types: -Type 1: Maintenance and replacement of equipment (parts and manpower). Type 2; equipment maintenance and replacement, if any, from parts supplied by the PA (stock spare). Each type is subdivided in terms of awards, as follows: Intervention in 4 hours during business hours, Response within 2 hours during business hours, Applicable premium if coverage 24h/24 and 7/7 and response within 4 hours, Applicable premium if coverage 24h/24 and 7/7 and intervention within 2 hours.
