Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.Cache ranks lowest with a a price to book ratio of 0.64. Following is Bebe Stores with a a price to book ratio of 0.86. Citi Trends ranks third lowest with a a price to book ratio of 1.08.



Wet Seal follows with a a price to book ratio of 1.18, and Pacific Sunwear rounds out the bottom five with a a price to book ratio of 1.31.
