LifeLearn Names Bruce Andrews Chairman of Board of DirectorsGUELPH, Ontario, Dec 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- LifeLearn, Inc. announced today that Bruce Andrews, founder and principal of 101 Investment Corporation, has been elected to the role of Chairman of LifeLearn's board of directors. Andrews has served as a member of LifeLearn's board since 1995 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the animal health industry and a special focus on finance and investments to LifeLearn's board. "Bruce's experience will be a tremendous asset to LifeLearn as we continue to execute our growth strategies in the animal and human health industries," said Mark Stephenson, president of LifeLearn. During his career, Andrews served as president of the animal health divisions of Cyanamid and Alpharma, where he was involved with numerous acquisitions and divestitures. He has also served as a consultant to large investment companies such as Oakhill Capital and Texas Pacific Group, as well as on the boards of Agdata and MariCal.
