Liberty International Underwriters Names Casey Hartley U.S. General Liability Product Line LeaderLiberty International Underwriters, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has named Casey Hartley U.S. General Liability Product Line Leader. Based in Atlanta, Ms. Hartley will have responsibility for the technical underwriting, portfolio performance and overall product strategy for the Primary General Liability portfolio and report to Diana Cossetti, head of LIU U.S. Casualty. "Casey is an excellent example of how we're tapping talent internally to build LIU's product leadership team. Her deep product experience combined with the energy and eagerness she brings to leading and developing solutions for our brokers and their customers makes her the perfect choice for this position," said Cossetti. Ms. Hartley joins LIU from Liberty Mutual's Commercial Insurance business unit, where she has served in a number of underwriting and distribution roles - most recently served as Vice President and Underwriting Manager, responsible for the overall strategic management of the Southeast Region. She has 15 years of experience in the insurance business, which includes primary casualty underwriting and regional product line manager roles with Crum & Forster. Ms. Hartley will lead LIU's General Liability team, which specializes in difficult-to-place risks including Commercial General Liability and Product Liability.
