Prior to this role, Mr. Weiss served as Chief International Counsel supporting the spin-off of Tyco Healthcare into Covidien, a stand-alone publicly traded company. Mr. Weiss joined Tyco Healthcare as Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel, supporting the company on corporate, transactional, and compliance matters including antitrust law. Prior to joining Tyco Healthcare, Mr. Weiss worked at Goodwin Proctor, concentrating on corporate transactions, securities offerings and compliance.
