The Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board of Trustees named Dahan president; Clausen first vice president; Rhodes second vice president; Smith treasurer; and Burr immediate past president.

Meanwhile, the Henderson Development Association board of trustees named Arnold Lopez III, president; Chris Larsen, first vice president; Elizabeth Trosper, second vice president; and Ben Brown, immediate past president.

CITY NATIONAL BANK named Rachel Kanter-Savage vice president and senior underwriter/portfolio manager in its real estate division in Las Vegas.

BANK OF GEORGE named Cassandra Eisinger vice president and operations manager.

THE OUTSIDE INN named Chuck Besen assistant general manager.
