Land Use Scenario Planning Study [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tenders are invited for professional Consultant services to conduct a land use scenario planning study using specialized computer software (e.g. CommunityViz, Envision Tomorrow, or similar) that quantifies the impacts and benefits associated with different land use patterns in a specific area of Loudoun County (the study ). A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 6, 2014 at 9:00 AM in the Leesburg Conference Room, One Harrison Street, SE, 5th Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain professional Consultant services to conduct a land use scenario planning study using specialized computer software (e.g. CommunityViz, Envision Tomorrow, or similar) that quantifies the impacts and benefits associated with different land use patterns in a specific area of Loudoun County (the study ). The study will focus on a portion of the County s Metrorail Service District as shown in Attachment 1 of this RFP (the area ). The result of this study is intended to help set forth an updated vision for the study area and potentially other portions of the County.
