Kronos Announces "Thanks to a Teacher" Contest

Kronos Incorporated today announced its "Thanks to a Teacher" contest through which U.S.-based adults can share the best advice they received from a K-12 teacher that has made a difference in their careers. To submit a nomination, click here.

News Facts

• Kronos (News - Alert) launched the "Thanks to a Teacher" contest to celebrate the outstanding contributions that teachers make.
• A panel of judges will select one winner and Kronos will award $10,000 to the school where the nominated teacher currently works or previously worked.
• The Kronos "Thanks to a Teacher" contest is open to Facebook (News - Alert) users who are legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older.
• Written submissions of 300-characters or less will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 through 3:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday, April 18, 2014. One winner will be selected by a panel of judges representing educators and industry leaders.
• The winner will be announced during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5-9.
