Korn/Ferry To Buy Lore International Institute

October 15, 2008 (FinancialWire) -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:
KFY) (Current Market Cap: US$590.20 Mil.) a said that it has executed
definitive purchase agreements to acquire 100% of the stock of Lore
International Institute, Inc., a provider of leadership development,
executive education and coaching services. Financial terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction is scheduled to close within the next thirty days.
Korn/Ferry said it anticipates that the acquisition of Lore will be
accretive to earnings in the first twelve to eighteen months of
ownership.
Lore, which is based in North America and Europe, will become a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International, and will be part
of the company's Leadership and Talent Consulting business. Terry
Bacon, the chairman and CEO of Lore, and other key members of Lore's
senior management team will join Korn/Ferry.
Los Angeles-based Korn/Ferry International provides talent management
solutions from more than ninety offices in 39 countries.
