Klick Named a Leading Great Place to Work & Best Workplace for Women

Klick was recognized last night as both one of the year's Best Workplaces and a Best Workplace for Women after being named a Best Managed Company and a Branham300 top technology company in the last month alone.

Being on the 2016 list of Best Workplaces for Women served as an extra sweet win for the independent company. Klick conducts regular pay fairness reviews to ensure that women and men are paid equitably for their roles and contributions to the company's success. It also offers maternity leave top-ups, flexible childcare options, complimentary on-site fitness and wellness programs, and access to work/life balance counseling services among its standard benefits.

It also marked the third year running that Klick was honored as one of the Top 10 list of Best Workplaces in its category (ranked #8). This year represents the fifth time Klick has been included on the overall list, which received over 300 nominations and participation from over 60,000 employees this year.

"We learned a long time ago that companies can only be as great as the people and culture behind them, and we couldn't be more proud of our wicked-smart Klicksters," said Klick CEO Leerom Segal. "We also learned that being named a Best Place to Work is one of the biggest compliments we could ever get because the distinction is so dependent on employee ratings."

The award process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 58-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization's culture, including an evaluation of people policies and procedures. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to the five trust-building dimensions of a Great Place to Work®: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Known for its unique data-driven, people-centric approach, Klick recently announced Relentless Learning, the next generation of its interactive Academy elearning platform. Powered by its award-winning, proprietary Genome enterprise operating system, Relentless Learning provides Klicksters with customized coaching and training that helps ensure they continue to learn, thrive, and do the best work of their careers.

The Genome platform also drives Klick's leadership pipeline program, designed to develop leaders and meet the pace of the Klick's consistent growth. Genome identifies individuals who demonstrate strong leadership through ongoing feedback, rewards, recognition, success stories, and other data.
