Kim Radcliffe, PT, MHA, Named President of Align Networks

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --(Business Wire)--

Align Networks, a One Call Care Management business unit, and leading provider of workers' compensation physical medicine programs, recently announced that Kim Radcliffe, PT, MHA, has been promoted to president of the business unit.

Radcliffe most recently served as vice president of operations and has been with Align Networks since 2006. She is credited with the creation, development and evolution of Align Networks' clinical review program, a clinical oversight program that monitors quality of care, treatment patterns, utilization and appropriateness of care. Through her management and guidance, this clinical review process and program provides a reduction in overall utilization by 20 to 30 percent nationwide.

"Kim's successful tenure with the clinical and operations of Align Networks made her the clear choice to lead the usiness unit," said Dave Olson, co-chief operating officer of One Call Care Management. "Align is recognized in the industry for excellence in customer service and clinical oversight. Kim has been essential in elevating us to this level, and we're confident her leadership will further solidify Align as the premier physical medicine partner and network."

Radcliffe's 17 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, and her leadership roles in patient rehabilitation, enabled her to use best practices and evidence-based medicine to enhance the Gold Standard Review™ program and to guide overall operations excellence.

"My vision for Align Networks is to lead this clinically based business unit toward efficient claims management with excellent clinical outcomes and visit utilization," said Radcliffe. "Our methodology of peer-to-peer communication and collaboration for continuous improvement is key to providing quality clinical outcomes while monitoring costs for our customers."

Radcliffe is co-author of "Evidence Based Medicine as a Strategy for Quality Improvement," which appeared in a 2010 issue of the International Journal of Public Policy. She received a Masters of Health Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida.
