Keystone Insurers Group names Barbara A. Kressler vice president of risk solutions
NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa. --(Business Wire)--
Keystone Insurers Group (KIG) announced today the promotion of Barbara
A. Kressler to vice president of its Risk Solutions Division. Kressler,
a resident of Bloomsburg, Pa., is a 23-year veteran of the insurance
industry and has been employed by KIG for seven years.
"Barbara will be responsible for all internal operations including
financial oversight, partner relationships, carrier interactions and the
management of staff," said Joseph P. Joyce, executive vice president of
property & casualty. "She has demonstrated leadership qualities based on
the Keystone culture and its mission. She is well-respected among her
peers and Keystone's franchise partners. There is no one more deservig."
A graduate of Bloomsburg University, Kressler began her career as a
commercial account manager for Hutchison Insurance Agency in 1989. From
1997 to 2005, she was employed by Briar Creek Mutual as office manager.
Kressler joined Keystone Insurers Group in 2005 as assistant vice
president. She holds the following insurance designations: Chartered
Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor
(CIC), Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA) and Certified Professional
Insurance Woman (CPIW).
