KeyOn Communications Names Sid Ganju as EVP of Corporate Development
and Strategy

KeyOn Communications Holdings, a provider of wireless broadband and
voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services to rural and underserved
markets, has named Sid Ganju to the new position of Executive Vice
President of Corporate Development and Strategy.
At KeyOn, he will be responsible for leading the business development
group, including the execution of acquisitions and alliances. He will
also help shape key strategies and identify major partners for the
development of KeyOn's next generation networks and licensed spectrum
assets.
Prior to joining KeyOn Communications, Ganju was Executive Director of
Corporate Development for BellSouth Corp., a position he had held since
1998. He held several senior roles at BellSouth, in the areas of
Finance and Strategy, Alliances and Strategic Development, Business
Planning and Partnership Management. Ganju, who holds a masters degree
in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, and a
bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Delhi, is a CFA charter holder. He was also a member of the Executive
Committee and Board of Directors of the Wireless Communications
Association (WCA) from 2002 to 2007.
