KeyOn Communications Inks Reseller Pact with EchoStar Satellite Corp.

KeyOn Communications, a provider of wireless broadband and voice over
Internet protocol (VoIP) services to rural and underserved markets,
signed a retailer agreement with EchoStar Satellite Corp. to become a
Dish Network retailer in all of KeyOn s target markets.

The ability to offer a video solution in combination with our broadband
offering enables us to present a complete bundled solution to the
residential marketplace. We provide our subscribers with the
convenience of getting both products from a single source at a
compelling value, strengthening our commitment to them while building
enhanced loyalty, stated Jonathan Snyder, KeyOn s CEO. As a direct
retailer of DISH services, we expand our sales reach as well as
increase potential revenues from our subscribers.

In addition to the potential of increased broadband sales due to our
service bundle, KeyOn is able to use Dish Network s cooperative
advertising program, thereby increasing our marketing reach, said Rory
Erchul, Vice President of Marketing for KeyOn Communications.
