KeyDrive Acquires Moniker and SnapNames

KeyDrive S.A., a Luxembourg based Internet holding company, have purchased Moniker® and SnapNames®, leading providers of products and services for all stages of the domain name lifecycle including registration, management, appraisal, sales, escrow and acquisition. Moniker and SnapNames solutions enable individuals and businesses to secure the domain names they require from a vast array of global sources including primary registrations, deleting and expiring pools and from owners of already registered domain names.

With more than six million domains now under management at the entities owned by KeyDrive S.A., they now operate the sixth largest registrar network in the world for generic top level domains (gTLD).
