Kentrox Receives INTERNET TELEPHONY® Magazine�s 11th Annual Product of the Year Award

COLUMBUS, OHIO � JANUARY 14, 2009 � Kentrox (News - Alert)®, Inc., an innovator of site monitoring, management, and control solutions for service providers, announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation�s (TMC (News - Alert)®) INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine (www.itmag.com) has named Polled Device Monitor (PDM) as a recipient of its 2008 Product of the Year Award.

Polled Device Monitor from Kentrox enables service providers to proactively monitor and diagnose multi-vendor wireless repeaters, such as distributed antenna systems, and mobile network assets, reducing network outages and mean time to repair (MTTR). PDM supports mobile asset monitoring for portable generators, cell sites on wheels (COW), and cell sites on trucks (COT) which, due to mobility, often have limited network monitoring capabilities to monitor usage, network status, location issues, and performance.
