Kansas City Data Center 1102 GRAND Helps Reduce Dibon ARO BPO Expenses by $1.2 Million Annually

While speaking at the Association of Customer Contact Professionals
(ACCP) meeting in Leawood, Kan., Michael Amigoni, COO of Dibon ARO
BPO, detailed the successes Dibon ARO BPO had while working with 1102

centers provides monetary savings and better customer service.
