JP Energy Partners Names Jeremiah Ashcroft as EVP and COO [Manufacturing Close - Up]


(Manufacturing Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) JP Energy GP II, the general partner of JP Energy Partners, announced the appointment of Jeremiah J. Ashcroft III as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.



In a release, JP Energy said Ashcroft brings over 14 years of midstream compliance and operations experience to JP Energy. Most recently he served as President of Buckeye Services, a Buckeye Partners division, in Houston, Texas, where he oversaw refined products trading, Lodi Natural Gas Storage and Buckeye Development and Logistics. Ashcroft also served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, overseeing international business and domestic pipes and terminals. As Vice President, Field Operations for Buckeye Partners, he provided leadership and oversight in corporate development, operations, business analysis (M&A), environmental health and safety, and engineering and construction.

Prior to Buckeye Partners, Ashcroft served in various capacities at Colonial Pipeline Company in Alpharetta, Georgia, including Southeast District Leader and Chief Compliance Officer where he led a large transformation effort that reduced costs, improved cultural alignment and implemented performance standards. Before serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Colonial Pipeline Company, Ashcroft was the General Manager of Georgia Pacific's Leaf River Sawmill, which was owned by Koch Industries, where he oversaw the P&L functions of the plant. He served the previous six years with Colonial Pipeline Company as the Director-Operations, Operations Team Lead and Strategy / M&A Coordinator.


Ashcroft was a decorated Major in the United States Marine Corps.
