JEDEC Events: Memory Tutorials, Mobile/IOT & Automotive Forums


JEDEC Solid State Technology Association, the global leader in the development of standards for the microelectronics industry, today announced that registration is open for two memory tutorials and a Mobile & IOT Forum, planned for March 26-28, 2018 in Santa Clara, CA (News - Alert). Registration and event details are available on the JEDEC website.

The Mobile & IOT Forum on March 26 will cover a host of topics including ever-evolving memory requirements, design challenges, the importance of ultra-low power devices in these markets, and more. On March 27, a Memory System Tutorial will cover evry DRAM generation as well as system and module implications for servers and other applications. And on March 28, join us for a Tutorial on Memory Modules, Configurations, and a New SPD Architecture Using MIPI I3C that will describe the variety of market-specific memory modules in development in the industry and coordinated through JEDEC.



Looking ahead to April 10 and 11, standardization for automotive electronics will be the focus of the JEDEC Automotive Electronics Forum hosted by Samsung (News - Alert) at its headquarters in San Jose, Calif. Industry leaders will present their vision for the future use of electronics and semiconductors in automotive applications.
