I.S.K. Industries acquires The Fleming Safety Group

Apr 17, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- I.S.K. Industries, Inc. (ISK), engaged in selling industrial hardware products to the industrial and consumer channels of distribution, has acquired The Fleming Safety Group (FSG), a marketer of Fire lights, hazmat suits, fire gloves, fire boots and emergency rescue equipment. Both the companies are based in the US.

Pursuant to the transaction, all the nine members of FSG team will join ISK.
