iSECUREtrac and Charlotte County, VA Collaborate on Dead Beat Parent Program

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OMAHA, NE, August 27 / MARKET WIRE/ --

iSECUREtrac Corp. (OTCBB: ISEC), a leader in electronic monitoring solutions,
announced today that its System 5000? will be used in an innovative
program developed by the Charlotte County (VA) Sheriff's Office targeting
"dead beat" parents.

Nationally, there is in excess of $90 Billion in past due support owed to
20 million children in the U.S. (source: Child Support Lien Network).
According to the Virginia Department of Social Services, the State's child
support enforcement caseload includes 363,000 cases and 484,000 children.
These children represent almost one quarter of Virginia's child population
and are owed $2.4 billion in past due child support.

In a novel approach to the problem, Thomas Jones, Charlotte County Sheriff,
will place dead beat parents in a community supervision program
supplemented with iSECUREtrac's System 5000 active GPS rather than behind
bars. So long as the dead beat parents remain compliant with the terms of
their release, they stay out of jail. The program benefits the family by
allowing the parent to secure a job, making past due and current family
support payments. Taxpayers benefit by having the offenders pay for their
own meals, medical expenses and housing, thus reducing the burden on social
service programs and lowering incarceration costs. If successful, the plan
could be used as a model throughout the State.

iSECUREtrac's System 5000 ?
incorporates the industry's most advanced GPS components. This
sophisticated GPS system stores compliance parameters in the unit and
provides violation alerts in real-time through a cellular network. For
example, the System 5000 can be programmed to include the location of an
individual's workplace and work schedule. In the Charlotte County program,
if the parent does not report to work during the days and times they are
scheduled, the unit will immediately call iSECUREtrac's monitoring center
and a violation alert will automatically be sent to the Sheriff's Office.
