IR Prognosis Now Supports AudioCodes Mediant Session Border Controllers and Media Gateways

IR Prognosis for Unified Communications (UC), utilizing Voice Quality 360°, now allows for customers to track calls and interactions across AudioCodes SBCs, allowing for comprehensive management of UC in real-time.

The AudioCodes Mediant family of SBCs is an industry-leading line of versatile IP communications platforms which serves as one of the primary voice-enablement platforms for Microsoft® Skype (News - Alert) for Business (formerly known as Lync™). Since the implementation of SBCs like AudioCodes has become an industry best practice in order to deliver connectivity and ensure security, IT teams and network managers now need to obtain visibility across their entire multi-vendor ecosystem.
