IQE Receives USD1 Million Order For InSB Substrate Products(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - IQE PLC said Wednesday that it had won a USD1 million purchase order agreement for its InSb substrate products from a long term customer, which was not named. The InSb substrate products are used in advanced mid-wave infrared imaging technology for the defence, security, medical and industrial markets. They are produced by IQE's US subsidiary Galaxy Compound Semiconductor Inc. Shares in the advanced semiconductor materials company were trading up 3.33% at 23.25 pence Wednesday morning.
