IP Fax Server XMediusFAX Is Now Rated Avaya 4.0.1 Compliant

Sagem-Interstar (Sagem Communications), a provider of advanced fax
solutions for IP networks, announced that its XMediusFAX Release 5.5
boardless (software-only) T.38 Fax over IP (FoIP) server solution has
recently been rated "Avaya Compliant" with Avaya's Communication
Manager 4.0.1 and will be showcased at the International Alliance of
Avaya Users (InAAU) conference, being held March 30 to April 3 in San
Diego, CA.

XMediusFAX Release 5.5 is the VoIP industry's first truly boardless fax
server software to interoperate with Avaya Communication Manager VoIP
gateways without the added expense of fax boards and third-party
software kits. Ranked as the No. 1a IP fax server solution for the 6th
consecutive year since 2002, the latest evolution of XMediusFAX
positions itself as an essential component to any unified
communications and converged IP network infrastructure.

It includes new features such as a built-in Python scripting capability
for easy and customizable integration with a wide range of critical
business applications to enhance document processing and workflow.
XMediusFAX also offers increased flexibility in fax routing, and a new
Split Fax function that allows users to manipulate individual fax pages
online, the company noted.

You might consider picking up a ball, a somewhat easy task. But when you're asked to do it by building a robot first, the job probably doesn't seem quite as easy. This was the task that the Northern Lights Robotics Team was asked to accomplish this past year for the annual FIRST Competition. FIRST, is For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. The competition brings teams from all over the country, who also build similar robots. The Northern Lights Team took 16th out of 54 teams this year, and today they were in Dakota Square Mall starting preparations for next year's competition. Members wanted to showcase what they built, but they were also hoping to gain some interest.
