'Interoute provides business continuity to Mindscape'

Apr 10, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- French multimedia game publisher Mindscape has concluded a business continuity plan contract with Interoute. The two companies have been partners since 2001, initially for WAN services linking various Mindscape offices in France, the UK and the Netherlands. In 2003, Mindscape chose Interoute broadband VPN solution and outsourced its internal e-mail system. At the end of 2007, Mindscape awarded Interoute an outsourced hosting contract for its "Mission Equitation" flagship game. Interoute is now providing a business continuity plan to guarantee data security. A point-to-point fibre link between Mindscape's Paris headquarters in Paris and the Interoute data centre in Aubervilliers, allows the game publisher to outsource their servers and to benefit from an over 10 Gbps connection to the internet.
