Interop Technologies Introduces CorePlusX?, a Fully Managed IMS Core and IP Services Solution Enabling Operators To Quickly Launch New Services

Interop Technologies today introduced CorePlusX? (CPX?), a complete IMS core and IP services solution for mobile operators. This solution, residing in the Interop (News - Alert) cloud, features a fully managed IMS core providing the infrastructure and functionality needed to quickly launch the latest IP services including Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi), Voice over LTE (News - Alert) (VoLTE), VoLTE Roaming (VoLTE-R) and Rich Communication Services (RCS).

At the foundation of CorelusX? is a standards-compliant, telco-grade IMS core. This core is managed and maintained by Interop's IP experts for its mobile operator customers, reducing cost and complexity typically associated with purchasing and deploying an IMS core in-network.

Extending from the CPX? core are the application servers needed for the rollout of VoWiFi, VoLTE, VoLTE-R, and RCS.
