Internet-users named 'shop.megafon.ru' as the most customer-oriented Internet store in Russia

Release date- 13042012 - MegaFon on-line store received Online Retail Awards within Online Retail Russia 2012 forum in nomination 'The most customer-oriented Internet store in Russia'.
Internet-users voted for the nominees among which there were such on-line stores as Euroset, Svyaznoy and a number of other companies. MegaFon's on-line store won the award in the nomination 'The most customer-oriented Internet store in Russia'. Awards were given in the following nominations - 'The most outstanding project of the year', 'The most innovative Internet-store' and 'The quickest Internet store'.
Winner-projects that gained the highest number of votes, received a right to use uniform mark of trust 'We like it!' in its advertising and marketing practice.
MegaFon on-line store is in fact one of the leaders of electronic retail. 'The Company pays a lot of attention to development of services which improve customer loyalty. On April 11, 2010, on-line sale service of the Company's Stolichny Branch was introduced. shop.megafon.ru currently operates in 21 cities of Russia* with a possibility of ordering and delivery of goods and in 64 cities - with service in MegaFon stores. During 2011 on-line store's turn-over grew 7-fold and number of visitors in December 2011 exceeded 1 million.
Besides the possibility to buy handsets, tablets, e-books, accessorizes by famous brands, on-line store customer can select an original mobile number via 9 different ways, the most popular of which is 'by any digit' or 'by number's mask' became in 2011. Since 2010 tens of thousands of customers connected to MegaFon network choosing a 'nice number' via on-line store of the Company.
Today shop.megafon.ru visitors can use a number of innovative services, which significantly facilitate the choice, delivery and payment of goods. In particular, web-site has a service of comparison of mobile devices models on the basis of many parameters. Besides usual pictures you can find video-demonstrations and 3D-photos of goods. In all big cities there is a free delivery of the ordered devices which can be paid either in cash or by a credit card. To return or change the goods the customer does not need to turn to MegaFon office - Company's courier will take the goods from you at any convenient time.
Also, at customer's wish, it is possible to receive SIM-cards and MegaFon products in the own communication stores. More than half of on-line store customers actively use service of mail- and SMS-notices about the status of the order and models that were absent and now are on sale.
Russian regions currently show the highest growth rate of customers of MegaFon on-line store. In particular, in January 2012 vs. January 2011 number of orders of mobile devices via Internet in Samara grew 5-fold, in Khabarovsk it has doubled.
