InfoSonics Launches s350 SmartphoneSAN DIEGO, Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- InfoSonics Corporation (NASDAQ: IFON) today announced the launch of its new verykool® s350 Smartphone. "Our development goal for the new verykool® s350 was to deliver an entry-level smartphone at an attractive enough price point that it could serve as a replacement for existing 2G feature phones," said Joseph Ram, the company's president and chief executive officer. "We know there are many budget conscious consumers in our target markets who would love to have a smartphone, but are rebuffed by the price points of many of the products on the market today. We believe we have achieved our goal with the s350 and can now deliver an affordable product to fill this need. The s350 runs the Android 2.3 operating system, is powered by a 1GHz processor and has a 3.5 inch TFT LCD capacitive touch screen. It is compact at 4.4 inches tall, 2.4 inches wide and 0.4 inches thick and comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots, push e-mail and many other features.
