Infopia Augments Leadership With Appointment of New CEO

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan 07, 2009 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Industry Veteran, Coleman Barney, Joins Infopia as President and CEO, Adding Expertise in eCommerce and Enterprise Solutions

Infopia, the leading SaaS provider of eCommerce software services, announced today that Coleman Barney has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. As CEO of Infopia, Coleman will bring extensive experience in eCommerce and business improvement to fuel Infopia's continued growth serving mid-market and enterprise online businesses. He is succeeding Bjorn Espenes, former CEO and President, who will continue as a member of the Board of Directors for Infopia.

"Infopia's successful expansion into higher end, multi-marketplace online businesses demonstrates our ability to support increasingly complex retail environments," said Bjorn Espenes. "We looked for someone with a proven track record who could take the company to the next level. Coleman brings his results-oriented style to a business that saw record results in 2008 - a perfect combination."

Coleman recently served as President and CEO of Cogito, a company focused on business intelligence solutions, and as President and CEO of Optura, an enterprise software company specializing in business process improvement. Prior to Optura, Coleman co-founded, SBI Razorfish, which was one of the largest interactive eBusiness professional services organizations in the country before it was sold to aQuantive in 2004 and subsequently purchased by Microsoft Corp in 2007. He grew it from a start-up consulting firm to over $140 million in revenue with 900 employees and 11 offices across North America and Europe.

"Infopia is well positioned to deliver robust eCommerce solutions to growing retailers," said Coleman Barney, President and CEO of Infopia. "I'm excited about the upcoming strategies and offerings that will provide customers with an even greater ability to differentiate themselves from their competition."
