Indo Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum Created at NoidaNOIDA, India, June 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Embassy of Socialist Republic of Vietnam in India and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) jointly created a cultural forum, for the first time in the history of Indo Vietnam diplomatic relations, at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City. "History has been written in the books of Indian and Vietnamese relations when an organization has been formed to develop and promote relation between two countries through films, television, media, art and culture," said Sandeep Marwah renowned art promoter and President of ICMEI. "Today is a unique day for us, we have gone full-fledged into the cultural diplomacy with India. I am sure we will be able to make our relation much stronger through the promotion of art and culture," said H.E. Ton Sinh Thanh Ambassador of Vietnam to India. A poster was launched to mark the opening of theforum and respect to the culture and flags of the two nations. H.E. Ton Sinh Thanh nominated Sandeep Marwah a popular international personality from India as the honorary Chairperson of the organization and Sandeep Marwah honoured the Ambassador with the patronship of the Forum. Ms Ho Thi Van First Secretary Information & Culture, Tran Le Tien Counsellor in Embassy, Pham Tri Dung First Secretary and Ngyuyen Van Dung First Secretary of the Embassy of Vietnam, witnessed the historical event. Indo Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum (IVFCF) will start its operation from now onwards with series of projects planned already including handing over the scholarship, film festivals, student exchange program, institutional tie ups, fashion, education and tourism promotion etc. Many delegates have already attended the different international level events of ICMEI supported by AAFT and Marwah Studios in last few years. Global Film Festival, Global Festival of Journalism, Global Literary Festival, Global Fashion Week, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema and many Global Summits on the subjects of United Nations are few of them. The presence of Miss Vietnam Super Model Minh Thu Pham, was very well received at ICMEI, informed Marwah. About ICMEI International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) is the only chamber devoted to Media & Entertainment Industry, not only nationally but globally.
