IFS North America Recipient of Two Best in Biz Awards 2014

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announced today that the organization has earned Silver and Bronze Level Recognition in the Best in Biz Awards 2014. IFS took Silver in the Sales Department of the Year category. The company also took Bronze in the App of the Year Category for IFS Field Service Management 5.6.1.

Best in Biz Awards is the only independent business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts. Best in Biz Awards honors businesses of varying sizes and industries in three separate programs during the calendar year. Each program is focused on businesses active in various global regions. Each year, Best in Biz Awards assembles a top-notch judging panel to review and score all awards submissions. The deciding panel included an array of judges from top-tier publications such as Businessweek, Computerworld, Crain's New York Business, Entrepreneur, eWeek, Fast Company, Financial Times (News - Alert), Fortune, Inc, Miami Herald and many more.

IFS's Established Customer Sales Team (ECST) earned Silver Level Recognition in the best in Biz Awards 2014. Led by Vice President, Established Customer Sales, Bob Corrigan, the ECST works diligently to improve customer retention rates, improve IFS product use through performance feedback and innovation, enhance customer communication, and increase additional sales.

One of the main focuses of the ECST is to gain feedback from users that can be used to guide future evolutions of IFS solutions. To gather this key data, the ECST maintains various customer-focused programs, such as InFocuS, a user group, and the openIFS Customer Forum, a venue for customers to  exchange insights and information regarding their experiences with IFS solutions.

"The work the ECST does is instrumental in supporting our customers and ensuring that they receive the maximum value from our solutions," said IFS Americas President and CEO Cindy Jaudon. "To see them recognized for their work is very rewarding to everyone in ourorganization."

IFS Field Service Management 5.6.1, the company's end-to-end service management tool, also secured Bronze-level recognition in the App of the Year category.

"As the latest evolution in our enterprise service management solution, IFS FSM 5.6.1 streamlines the management of field service operations in many ways," Jaudon said. "We believe the solution has much to offer our customers, and are pleased to see that Best in Biz Awards 2014 feels the same."

Available on-premise or in the cloud, FSM 5.6.1 provides all the functionality that service organizations  need to improve their productivity, enhance service delivery, and increase customer satisfaction.  It addresses the entire service lifecycle, including customer support, scheduling, dispatch, contract pricing, warranty repair, meters, invoicing, and service parts logistics, providing an agile, true end-to-end field service management solution.
