Humber River Regional Hospital phone service restored

(Canada Newswire English Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Attention News Editors

TORONTO, Oct. 12 /CNW/ - Humber River Regional Hospital is pleased to inform our patients and families that phone service was restored to the hospital earlier Sunday morning.

Service had been interrupted following an external land line cable cut Friday evening.

The hospital thanks our patients and their families for their understanding, our staff and physicians for continuing to provide seamless care throughout, and Bell Canada for their efforts to restore service.

Thank you also to the Toronto media who helped us keep our community informed during the phone service disruption.

Gerard Power, Director, Public & Corporate Communications, (416) 243-4448, gpower@hrrh.on.ca
