Huawei Keynotes and Leads Interactive Workshops at 2015 CCA Annual Convention

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Huawei will participate on a keynote panel and lead interactive workshops at the upcoming 2015 CCA Annual Convention taking place Tuesday, October 6, through Friday, October 9, at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Huawei's Miguel Dajer, Vice President of Wireless Access Lab, will participate on a keynote panel on Thursday, October 8, from 9:15 – 10:00 a.m. ET. The panel, titled "Virtualized Networks and Cloud-Based Services," will focus on mobile network virtualization and will explore the potential benefits of re-designing the mobile network using a virtualized approach.

Huawei experts will also be leading interactive workshops on 5G, License Assisted Access (LAA) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) at Huawei's Booth # 303 throughout the duration of the show.  Workshops will be held at the following times:

5G

• Wednesday, October 7: 10:40 – 11:00 a.m. and 4:15 – 4:35 p.m.
• Thursday, October 8: 11:15 – 11:35 a.m. and 4:15 – 4:35 p.m.

LAA

• Wednesday, October 7: 11:10 – 11:30 a.m. and 4:45 – 5:05 p.m.
• Thursday, October 8: 11:45 – 12:05 p.m. an 4:45 – 5:05 p.m.

• Wednesday, October 7: 11:40 – 12:00 p.m. and 5:15 – 5:35 p.m.
• Thursday, October 8: 12:15 – 12:35 p.m. and 5:15 – 5:35 p.m.

Huawei experts will be available throughout the convention to discuss its extensive portfolio of wireless, wireline, microwave, optical and enterprise products.
