Hornby Bay Appoints James M. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HBE) announces that, due to other time commitments, Maurice Colson has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Colson is also a member of the board of directors of the Company, and will continue to serve in that capacity. James M. Brady, founder of the Company and former President and Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer until the next annual general meeting of the Company.
