Hitachi's Echelon 1.5T Users Receive Non-Contrast MRA Sequence and Prime FSE Feature with Software Update 1.4C
CLEVELAND --(Business Wire)-- Hitachi Medical Systems America Inc. is now providing its Echelon 1.5T users - at no charge - the VASC(TM) non contrast MRA sequence and a new Fast Spin Echo capability along with a software update.
VASC provides an alternative to bolus MRA for patients with renal insufficiency, while the primeFSE feature enables excellent Fast Spin Echo imaging in the presence of prostheses or implants. Additional enhancements are as follows:
-- NATURAL(TM) algorithm balances signal uniformity for multi-channel coil imaging, promoting image quality and radiologist ease of use.
-- Faster Dynamic scan reconstruction. This faster reconstruction algorithm promotes reduced patient study time for multiphase dynamic studies
