Hello Alfred's Technology Platform Continues to Redefine Resident Experience

Hello Alfred, the leading hospitality platform, today expands its reach with the launch of "Powered by Alfred," a new tier of service that builds upon the company's overarching mission to make help a universal utility.

"Powered by Alfred" is an extension of Hello Alfred's core products, allowing the company's proprietary technology to be made available to buildings as a separate tier of service. This allows Hello Alfred to not only increase its market share by over 50%, but also reach more people in different types of buildings, regardless of multifamily asset class. Through "Powered by Alfred," properties across the country can now offer their residents the services critical to operate in today's competitive environment at an even more affordable rice point.

With the $5 trillion dollar real estate market experiencing 20% growth year over year, and over 80% of Americans in line to live in urban centers by 2050, the idea of "home" is dramatically changing.

"Hello Alfred is defining the future of the home, and today's launch brings our resident-focused technology directly into an expanding residential real estate market in need of an update for the modern era," said Marcela Sapone, CEO and Co-Founder of Hello Alfred. "As WeWork transformed commercial real estate, we're transforming residential real estate in a way that benefits both property managers and the residents they service."

Since the company's launch in 2014, Alfred Home Managers have completed over 4.5 million tasks, saving members approximately fifty years of cumulative time.

The company has been quietly piloting Powered by Alfred over the past six months and will roll out the service to all fifteen Hello Alfred markets over the coming weeks. From there, the company will continue to expand the Powered by Alfred offerings, adding new categories and local services that inspire community engagement, maintaining a singular app to manage all aspects of life, and most importantly, giving residents time back toward what matters most.
