(NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock payable on June 6, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2014. At March 31, 2014, there were 18,454,048 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
