Health Care REIT, Inc. Declares Third Quarter 2014 Dividend

Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 of $0.795 per share. The dividend will be the company's 174^th consecutive quarterly payment, payable November 20, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2014.
