Healdsburg, California, Signs SaaS Agreement for Suite of Solutions from Tyler Technologies


Tyler Technologies (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a seven-year software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement with the city of Healdsburg, California, for Tyler's EnerGov, Incode® financial, and Tyler Content Manager software solutions. The agreement includes data conversion, related professional services, training and support.

City leaders wanted a new financial system to replace its legacy solution and better accommodate complex financia reporting requirements while streamlining manual processes and increasing productivity citywide. The northern California city conducted a competitive review and ultimately chose to partner with Tyler.



With modernized functionality, Incode and EnerGov provide staff real-time, online access to accounting transactions and supporting documentation, which helps improve customer support and communication. Tyler's solutions will also help the city improve various reporting processes.

Healdsburg chose a suite of Incode financial applications, including financial management, personnel management, cashiering and accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed assets and employee self-service. The city will also implement solutions from the EnerGov planning, regulatory and maintenance platform, including permitting and land management, license management and code enforcement, as well as public maintenance and management. Tyler Content Manager provides digital access to past data, further streamlining processes.


Healdsburg, California, is located about 60 miles north of San Francisco and 75 miles west of Sacramento; it has approximately 11,500 residents and is part of Sonoma County.
